<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:16px;line-height:150%;font-family:宋体">7</span><span style="font-size:16px;line-height:150%;font-family:宋体">月、8月，尽管烈日炎炎，但也抵挡不住浙艺老师们的热情，他们陆续奔赴全省各地参与“推动乡村文旅融合及品质提升”主题培训系列项目。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:16px;line-height:150%;font-family: 宋体">该项目由省文化和旅游厅在全省范围内组织开展，为全面助力乡村旅游人才提升，打造乡村文化旅游产品，提升乡村旅游品质与营销管理，拓展文化旅游融合路径，更好推动文化和旅游事业产业高质量发展。浙江艺术职业学院作为承办单位，戏剧系组织遴选并推出了一批形式多样、内容针对性强的系列专题培训优秀课程，得到了全省基层单位的青睐和欢迎。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent:16px;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:16px;line-height:150%;font-family: 宋体">“名家讲座”是浙江艺术职业学院乡村文旅融合及品质提升送教下乡系列活动。戏剧系副主任（主持工作）、戏剧影视表演省级专业带头人那刚教授分别在台州市三</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">梅中学、温州市瑞安市瑞祥高级中学、横店图书馆等地开讲。那刚以《演员的素质训练》《戏剧，让我们成为更好的自己》作为讲座主题，针对不同受众需求，量身定制讲座内容，理论结合实践，深入浅出，既有基本功训练又有演员素养训练，深受学员好评。</span></p>
<p style="white-space: normal; text-indent: 32px; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 宋体;">戏剧影视表演教研室主任、国家职业技能鉴定考评员、浙江省剧协导演艺术委员会会员史昕教授，在温岭市文化馆为该馆30余名基层文化骨干进行题为《戏剧表演教育普及与实践》的讲座。</span></p>
<p style="white-space: normal; text-indent: 32px; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 宋体;">史昕是昆剧表演大师周传瑛的亲授学生，从事戏剧表导演教学研究工作30余年，教学经验丰富，任教的三十余年来培养了一大批优秀的戏剧表演人才。她从不同角度进行分析如何将戏剧表演教育普及到社会各个层面，文化馆的基层文化骨干在实践当中该担当什么样的角色等方面，以理论讲述与实践操作两个层面，深入讲解了如何普及戏剧表演教育，具有重要的实践价值。学员们一致认为该讲座具有很强的指导意义与实践价值。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">今年是脱贫攻坚的决胜之年，为深入贯彻习近平总书记在陕西考察调研时的重要讲话精神</span>“电商作为新兴业态，既可以推销农副产品、帮助群众脱贫致富，又可以推动乡村振兴，是大有可为的”。浙艺戏剧系联合省直机关仙居帮扶组开展暑期直播助农系列活动，为乡村振兴贡献自己的力量。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">为更好的做好这次高山水蜜桃公益直播，学校选拔了模特与礼仪专业的学生作为主播，主播之一的夏睿涵更是拥有</span>160多万粉丝。从7月初到直播，在老师的指导下，主播团忙活了一个月，从了解产品、设计海报、搭建线上平台、打磨直播脚本、直播间调试模拟、前期预热到布置直播间，他们仔细讨论、认真记录。在中国联通浙江省分公司的技术支持下，为观众们呈现了一场30分钟的精彩直播。 </span></p>
<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">接下来，暑期直播助农系列活动还将继续进行，公益主播团将赴仙居县，直播介绍仙居县横溪镇垟庄村特色乡村体验游以及省直机关在仙居县相关结对帮扶村的文旅特色，进一步助力乡村文旅发展。</span></span></p>

<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">浙艺越剧音乐伴奏专业最早开设于</span>1958年，是学院历史悠久的特色专业之一， 是全国为数不多培养省级越剧音乐伴奏人才的高等教育专业。60多年来，为全国特别是浙江省各专业院团培养了一批又一批戏曲音乐人才，如国家一级作曲刘建宽（浙江小百花越剧院党委书记）、打击乐教授杨茹文（上海音乐学院现代器乐与打击乐系党支部书记）、国家一级作曲王天明（浙江交响乐团创作部主任）等。</span></p>
<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">本着传承戏音办学文蕴，探索越音本科教育的思路，音乐系将在现有戏音办学历史积淀的基础上，朝着</span>“职业性”+“高等性”的双重方向努力，形成以学生为主体，教师为主导，专业知识与技能教育相结合，课堂理论和实践教学齐头并进，校企产教融合的全方位人才培养模式，最终达到培养应用型高层次越剧音乐本科人才的目标。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">“演绎工坊”暑期文化志愿服务团队的师生们带来了原创肢体情景表演《穿越·梦境》《聊·斋》《梦》，作品中融入戏剧、音乐、舞蹈等多元化艺术元素，令人耳目一新。除情景表演外，“演绎工坊”还根据乌镇景区的要求和观众需求，由戏剧系教师陈丽根据学生们的特长组织创排歌舞表演以及“恐龙”玩偶表演，增强演出效果，观演互动趣味十足，现场观众掌声不断，气氛十分热烈。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">几位当地百姓看完演出后说，这个团队的表演很有质量，学生们不论是唱歌、跳舞还是戏剧表演都很出彩，让夜市更有人气。一位来自广东的游客表示，这次来到乌镇，原以为不在戏剧节期间，只能看到水乡景色，没想到还能欣赏到高质量的演出，完全是一种惊喜，不虚此行。而乌镇景区相关负责人对同学们的表现更是赞不绝口：</span>“这是一支吃苦耐劳、有纪律、有表现力、有创造力的实践团队。同学们的表演可塑性强，表演到位，能快速吸引过往游客，使戏剧在乌镇得以衍生与传播。”</span></p>

<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">此次</span>“演绎工坊”暑期文化志愿服务团队由浙艺戏剧系表演艺术专业18级、19级部分学生组成。在校排练期间，同学们在老师指导下分配对应角色、舞台监督、化妆、道具、音效、宣传等各个岗位，齐心协力传递出表演艺术专业“传帮带”精神，也凸显了该专业一专多能的人才培养目标。同学们克服酷暑高温，每天完成五场演出，在水乡舞台上尽情挥洒青春汗水。</span></p>

<p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">身为此次暑期活动学生队长的卢育奇，不仅要安排每日节目表、维持团队纪律，还在三个剧目中参演角色。在《聊</span>·斋》中，他饰演“黑山老妖”一角，一身黑袍又厚又重，连同四十厘米高的帽子，演出装备足有二十多斤，一场演出下来大汗淋漓。饰演“恐龙”的蔡依孜、李昕怡、 赵思懿等几位女生，全身包裹在密不透风的恐龙装里，还要随着音乐翩翩起舞，难度可想而知。但同学们不叫苦不喊累，她们说：“孩子们的笑声，观众们的掌声，让我们收获了幸福与满足。”同学们心中藏着一份沉甸甸的愿望：“一名好演员，要经历舞台的千锤百炼才能打好基础。在乌镇，我们要学会自我发掘、自我组织、自我激励，要将最好的精神面貌呈现在大家面前，因为我们都是浙艺人。”</span></p>
